Why doesn't every business operate like this one? Quick to respond, understood my timeline and requirements, and provided first-class work.

Not only was the report great, easy to digest and done quickly, buy I got a brief summary immediately afte the survey, and then had a good follow-up call a coupe of day later. They answered all my questions (I didn't have that many as the report was clear), and also made it clear that they would welcome future queries should I have any. Definitely not a "one and done" shop.

I would recommend for anyone needing a survey in the area.

Roger was fantastic from start to end. He responded to my enquiry within a few hours, and had booked in my survey with the estate agent to be completed within a week of contacting. He conducted the survey, gave me a courtesy phone call after completion to go through the issues found, and produced a detailed report within a few days. An overall fantastic service, ensuring I understood everything and what was in the report made sense, offering advice on what to question before purchasing the property. Roger was able to provide a Level 3 residential property survey at short notice and at a time when other surveyors were preparing to take extended Bank Holiday breaks. He quickly provided us with lots of useful pre-survey information. We met him during the survey of the house and were impressed with the methodical approach that he took to his work, his professionalism and also his personality and willingness to talk about the building. We quickly received a very comprehensive report illustrated by some high-quality drone images which got us to important roof vantage points which were invaluable for assessing condition and showing previous repair work. We had the report bound, and this has proved to be our reference bible in proceeding with the purchase. Roger has talked us through all aspects of his report and is willing to be involved with advice and information into the future, when we begin work on the renovation. Highlighting some of the issues he discovered has enabled us to negotiate a reduction in the asking price with the vendors. So, Streetview Surveyors are highly recommended by us and have proved to deliver an invaluable and timely service exactly when it was required.
